This question is not duplicate - it deals directly with valid housing later becoming invalid (due to corruption creep) while the linked question deals with housing in general. Yes, it mentions corruption on the first line, however this isn't immediately clear that corruption creep invalidates occupied housing already built.

For housing, you need to use "Player Dirt Wall" as the wall type for houses, otherwise it won't work. Just select the brush tool, set a large cursor, change the paint mode to wall, select Player Dirt Wall, and swipe over the area. That should make the houses valid (I'm not seeing anything else apparently wrong with it).

A house that has too much corruption (or crimson) close by will become unhabitable. You should either move the house away from those blocks, or remove them from near your base. Share.
