Though the NPCs here are neutral, and you will find a few merchants, it does not offer as much content as a city in a normal game. When in proximity, this fog gives the player Corruption, which can only be cleansed with an Performer thrall. There are 10 Obelisks, and a player may attune to it by pressing E when close. Once attuned, a player can use a Map Room to teleport to the obelisk. There's a small cluster of nodes near the pirate ship, but we're talking maybe 5-6 nodes total without having to venture on the river.
