Polaris ranger 900 turns over but wont start.

And have some one try and start it. If your terminal or cable is bad you will have a low voltage while some one is tring to start it. We shut it off and then we have been trying to figure out what is wrong with it because it just won't start up and run again. It has briefly turned over and started for just a second 2 times after we shut it off but it mostly just turns over but refuses to start and run. It is getting fuel and it is getting spark. Pull the little rubber cover back, connect small jumper cable, then touch the other side to the POS on the battery. This will eliminate any safety or switches.
