Quite honestly, Tybee was overwhelmed and by the behavior of most of the visitors, things turned out relatively ok. However, Tybee/Chatham county/ the sate of Georgia is stuck paying the bills for this. Orange Crush could be a good thing for Tybee. There are lots of other events that go off with out many issues.
