I had heard mixed things saying you had to wait >2 hours, or, >24 hours for it to "really" work, so perhaps that's why I had the results I did. I did the PVT the evening after my exam, after waiting a few hours. I got the "bad" pop up, allowing my CC ( which was an empty visa gift card) to go through. I was devastated. I did the PVT about 4 hours after receiving the email with the subject “NCLEX Examination Information”. I also tried it 12 hours after I finished the exam and received the same verbiage in my pop up. I received my noticed that I passed the next day. There are numerous people on this site that have gotten bad pop-ups and passed, good pop-ups and failed, had their payment go through as if they failed and actually passed. First time I went through all 6 hours a total nervous wreck after studying the complete wrong way and got home to find the good pop up, it kept giving me good pop up for about a day and a half.
