Question about revoking a holy order's lease. So, I founded a new christian faith and took over Rome. After that I mended the schism. The problem is, the knights hospitaller are renting a city from me and I can't revoke the lease. The grandmaster is of my religion but even the military holy order tab claims my faith has no holy orders.

Holy orders are permanently dedicated to one faith. They don't follow your faith creation / reformation just because you are their patron. Note that you can found several holy orders with one ruler. The order headquarters needs to be outside of your capital kingdom, then you grant the governing kingdom to someone else.
